We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Salary Officer to drive salary account acquisitions by building strong corporate partnerships. This role involves engaging with HR and Finance teams, conducting corporate presentations, and ensuring seamless onboarding of employees. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients for salary account tie-ups.
• Engage with HR and Finance teams to onboard employees under the salary program.
• Conduct presentations and campaigns to educate employees about banking benefits.
• Drive sales of additional banking products like credit cards, loans, and insurance.
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Age: 21 to 36 years.
• Experience: 2+ years in corporate salary account sales (Banking/BFSI sector preferred).
• Must be local to the hiring location.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
