Job Summary:
We are looking for a Corporate Salary Officer to acquire and manage salary accounts for corporate clients. The role involves building relationships with HR and finance teams, onboarding employees for salary accounts, and cross-selling banking products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen and experience in corporate salary account management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard corporate clients for salary account services.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR and finance teams.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and salary account activations.
- Cross-sell banking products like loans, credit cards, and insurance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
- Age: 21 to 36 years.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in corporate salary account sales (BFSI preferred).
- Must be a local candidate with strong networking skills.
