About the Role:
As a Corporate Salary Officer, you will be the key link between our bank and corporate clients. Your mission is to acquire new corporate partnerships, ensure seamless salary account services, and provide customized financial solutions to corporate employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard corporate clients for salary account services.
• Ensure smooth and timely salary processing for corporate employees.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate HR and finance teams.
• Cross-sell financial products like loans, credit cards, and insurance.
• Ensure strict adherence to banking policies and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory).
• Experience: 1-2 years in Sales (BFSI preferred).
• Skills:Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Relationship management with corporate stakeholders.
