Job Summary:
The Corporate Salary Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients for salary account services. The role involves developing strong relationships with corporate HR and finance teams, ensuring seamless salary processing, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling banking products.
Roles:
- Identify and acquire new corporate salary account clients.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Promote banking products like credit cards, loans, and insurance to corporate employees.
- Conduct corporate engagement activities and financial awareness sessions.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide superior client service.
- Meet sales targets and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in BFSI sales or corporate salary account management.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of banking products, payroll processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under targets and deadlines.
