Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Officer to drive business growth by achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and other outreach methods.
- Promote and sell banking products, including savings accounts, loans, and other financial services.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer information, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Local candidate with in-depth knowledge of the local market.
