Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the CASA department, ensuring smooth handling of Current Account and Savings Account transactions.
Develop strategies to increase CASA deposits and maintain a strong CASA ratio.
Coach and support the CASA team to deliver exceptional service and achieve targets.
Monitor regulatory compliance and implement best practices in account management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in retail banking with a focus on CASA products.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record in achieving goals and improving operational efficiency.
