Position: Sales Officer
Location: Vadodara/Surat
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying potential customers and converting leads.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
– Effectively communicate product offerings and value propositions to potential clients.
– Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the team leader.

Eligibility Criteria:
– Age: 21 to 32 years
– Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience in BFSI or related sectors.
– Qualification: Minimum graduate in any discipline.
– Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
