Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Retail Banking Sales Executive to acquire new customers and promote banking products, including CASA (Current & Savings Accounts). This role focuses on customer interaction, sales growth, and relationship management to enhance banking services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers for CASA and other banking products.
• Explain product benefits and offer suitable banking solutions.
• Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Address customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless account processing.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI).
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Goal-oriented and proactive in client handling.
• Local candidates preferred (Age: 21-32 years).
