Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic and result-driven individuals for the role of Banking Sales Officer. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding the customer base, driving sales of financial products, and delivering exceptional client service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Actively sell banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, and loans.
• Identify and connect with potential customers in the local market.
• Educate clients on financial products and provide suitable recommendations.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective client follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build trust and rapport with customers to enhance retention and referrals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Age: 21 to 32 years.
• Education: Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI or related industries).
• Strong presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and goal-driven mindset.
