Job Summary:
We are seeking a Corporate Salary Relationship Manager to acquire and manage salary account relationships with corporate clients. This role involves engaging with HR and Finance teams to onboard employees, drive account acquisitions, and promote banking products. If you have experience in corporate salary sales and a passion for client relationship management, this is the right opportunity for you!

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish partnerships with corporates for salary account acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and Finance heads.
• Conduct corporate meetings and presentations to showcase salary account benefits.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.
• Meet sales targets and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Age: 21 to 36 years.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in corporate salary account sales (Banking/BFSI sector preferred).
• Must be local to the hiring location.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
