What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers with their banking transactions.
Offer and explain our products, like accounts and loans.
Help customers with account openings and service requests.
Spot opportunities to recommend additional products.
Ensure everything you do is in line with banking rules.
Keep our customers happy and resolve any issues quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1-4 years of experience in retail banking or customer service.
Great communication skills and a friendly attitude.
A passion for helping people and achieving sales goals.
