Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team, responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail, customer service, and have a strong drive to meet sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash register operations.
• Maintain store displays and ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
• Promote ongoing sales offers and upsell products to meet sales goals.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Ensure store cleanliness and assist in inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Local candidates preferred with a minimum of a high school diploma or graduation.
• Age between 21 to 32 years old.
• Must have a valid bike for commuting purposes.
• 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
