Roles & Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell banking products like loans, savings, and insurance.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong client base.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities.
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up with clients.
Qualifications:
- Age: 22 to 32 years.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Any graduate degree is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
