Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Officers. This role involves managing customer relationships, providing excellent banking services, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a passion for customer service and a desire to build a career in banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist in managing customer accounts.
- Handle banking tasks such as account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
- Promote and sell banking products, including savings accounts, loans, and insurance.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory (Any discipline) from a recognized university.
- Age and Local Area: 21 to 32 years of age and local area candidate
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or banking roles.
- Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
