Job Summary:
We are hiring Sales Officers for a leading bank! This role involves acquiring and managing customers while promoting banking products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell banking products like accounts, loans, and insurance.
• Meet sales targets through field visits and customer interactions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and follow banking compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Graduation (any field) is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in BFSI is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Local candidates aged 21-32 are preferred.
• Must be target-driven and customer-oriented.
