Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for banking products like savings accounts, loans, and insurance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales growth.

• Educate customers on various banking services and assist in documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales (preferably BFSI sector).
• Age: 21-32 years.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
