Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with CASA sales, field sales, banking sales, insurance sales, retail sales, and sales and marketing concepts.
