Job Description

CASA refers to the combination of a bank’s current and savings accounts, which are considered low-cost deposits for the bank. These accounts are crucial for a bank’s operations because they provide a stable source of funds.

Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Attract new clients for savings and current accounts using various strategies.
Open Accounts: Open savings and current accounts while highlighting their benefits to clients.
Cross-Selling: Cross-sell banking products, particularly loans, based on client needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with clients, address inquiries, and provide support.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals to contribute to the bank’s growth.

Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 3 months to 1 year (Newcomers welcome).
Transportation: Must have a bike.
Skills: Good communication skills.
