Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or finance.
- Must have a bike for commuting.
- Sales experience in banking or finance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for banking products, including Current and Savings Accounts.
- Open current and savings accounts for customers, understanding and addressing their specific needs.
- Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities, identifying potential customers.
- Cross-sell banking products to existing customers, recognizing opportunities for additional services.
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
