Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience, preferably in sales within the banking or finance sector.
- Transportation: Must have a bike for travel.
- Sales experience in banking or finance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in banking products and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets for banking products, including Current and Savings Accounts.
- Account Management: Open current and savings accounts for customers, handling all related operations.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Cross-selling: Cross-sell banking products to existing customers, promoting additional services.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
