Job Description
As a Sales Officer in the CASA Department, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting our current account and savings account products, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Job Roles:
- Identify and approach potential customers through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand the financial requirements of clients and recommend suitable products.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our current and savings account offerings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Fresher to 3 Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
