Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) Department in the banking sector. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the acquisition of new customers and promoting our current and savings account products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Promote current and savings accounts to potential customers.
  • Expand CASA portfolio through new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term accounts.
  • Participate in promotional events to increase brand awareness.
  • Achieve individual and team CASA acquisition targets.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 4 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any domain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus.
