Job Description
We are hiring for India’s Leading life insurance Company.
Roles and Responsibilities::
- To promote business growth in the assigned territory, hire and train agents.
- Meet with agents on a regular basis and keep correct records.
- Utilize the agency model to oversee the sales of health and life insurance policies.
- Have a major part in organizing, creating, and carrying out advisor promotion campaigns.
Candidate Profile::
- Must be a native of the area, ideally with more than 2–5 years of residency.
- Should have around 2 years of Field sales experience, preferably outside the life insurance industry, ideally from the open market sales sector.
- The minimum educational requirement is a degree in any field.
- Must have a personal vehicle.
- Preference will be given to female candidates.
