We are looking for a Agency Development Manager to oversee the growth and development of our agency network within a designated region. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by managing and coaching a team of agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead agent recruitment and drive expansion within assigned regions.

Ensure agents meet their sales targets and maintain high performance.

Organize training programs to ensure agents have a comprehensive understanding of products.

Establish strategies for market penetration and customer acquisition.

Monitor compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.

Demonstrated ability to manage a team and meet performance goals.
