Job Description
As an Agency Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of Agency Sales Executives to drive sales and meet business goals. You will be responsible for building agency partnerships, managing team performance, and coaching team members to improve their sales abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the agency sales team.
Set sales goals and create strategies to meet them.
Build and strengthen relationships with key agency partners.
Provide guidance and mentorship to improve the team’s sales performance.
Review sales data and implement improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree.
1-2 years of sales experience.
A proven track record of hitting sales targets.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
