As an Assistant Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team and assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job role and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Sourcing Current Account & Saving Account
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 1 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
