We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agency Business Partner to join our team. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a network of channel partners to drive business growth, ensuring targets are met, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage agency partners to maximize business opportunities.
Drive revenue growth through effective relationship management with channel partners.
Ensure consistent performance and achievement of business targets.
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with partners to enhance productivity.
Implement strategies to improve partner engagement and retention.

Key Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in field sales and marketing, preferably in BFSI or insurance.
Proven track record in managing agency or channel partners.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
