Job Description

Position: Business Partner
Location: [Surat]
CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Responsibilities:

Drive business growth by developing and managing a strong sales team.
Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners to meet and exceed sales targets.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Track performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and business success.
Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing within the BFSI domain.
Proven ability to manage and lead teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to excel in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
