Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by developing and managing a strong sales team.

Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing within the BFSI domain.
Proven ability to manage and lead teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to excel in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
