Qualifications:

Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the BFSI sector.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and achieve targets.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to spot opportunities and tackle challenges.
Proactive: Always looking for ways to grow the business and improve processes.
