Key Responsibilities:

Lead with Vision: Create and manage sales plans to grow the agency network and reach business goals.
Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and agencies.

Stay Competitive: Analyze market trends to improve strategies and keep ahead of the competition.
Support Growth: Organize training sessions to improve team performance and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales and marketing, ideally in BFSI or the Agency Channel.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams and achieving sales targets.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to use data and insights to drive decisions.
Proactive: Always looking for new opportunities and ways to overcome challenges.
