About the Role:
As an Area Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving business through recruitment and training of Insurance Advisors, ensuring they meet their targets, and supporting the Area Sales Manager in implementing growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and train Insurance Advisors.

Drive sales by implementing targeted strategies.

Ensure advisors meet their business goals.

Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring.

Key Qualifications:

1-2+ years in sales or marketing.

Graduate degree.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Age: 22 to 40 years.

Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.

Compensation:

Salary (CTC): ₹3.00 LPA to ₹4.00 LPA
