Job Description

Join our team as a Banking Sales Officer and play a pivotal role in our CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) department. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting our banking products, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients for CASA products.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Promotion: Promote CASA products and cross-sell other banking services.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ offerings.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Performance Analysis: Track sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
Attributes: Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused.
