Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
– Assist the General Manager in all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
– Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
– Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.
– Implement promotional strategies and initiatives to drive sales and increase profitability.
– Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and uphold standards.
– Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
– Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
