Job Description
As an Assistant Acquisition Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the planning, development, and execution of acquisition strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base of the organization.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Work together with the acquisition manager to pinpoint target markets, carry out market research, and evaluate customer information in order to maximize acquisition efforts.
• Assist in creating and implementing acquisition strategies and campaigns to meet organizational goals.
• Track and assess campaign performance metrics, share knowledge, and offer data-driven optimization suggestions.
• Support financial forecasting and budget management for acquisition-related activities.
• Work together with cross-functional teams, including those from the sales, product, and creative departments, to match acquisition efforts with overarching company objectives.
Required Candidate profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
· 1-2 years of experience related field
· Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
