The Acquisition Manager will acquire new customers and promote the bank’s Current Account and Savings Account products.
Your primary goal will be to build a strong customer base, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of the CASA department.
Position: Acquisition Manager – Digital Sales
Department: Digital Banking
Experience: 1 to 5 Years in Sales and Marketing in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance domain
Pay Roll: On Roll – Permanent
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute digital customer acquisition campaigns.
Plan and implement strategies aligned with business goals.
Stay informed on digital banking products and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for better results.
Good retails and commercial banking domain knowledge, exposure to branch banking.
Define new use cases, customer journeys to improve customer experience across.
Key Skills Required:
Good Communication Skills
Knowledge of banking products, especially CASA, is an advantage.
Strong Negotiation Skills
