Role Overview:

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will help the sales team achieve their targets, develop client relationships, and support overall sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies.

Support the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Help train new sales staff on products and sales techniques.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
Provide reports on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years in Field sales

Skills:
o   Strong communication and teamwork skills.

o   Good organizational abilities.

o   Track record of meeting sales targets.

Compensation:

CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
