Summary:
Responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving queries, supporting policy services, and identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities in the life insurance channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Promote cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention.
Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
Support sales by providing product information.
Maintain compliance with insurance regulations.
