Job Description
A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting the bank’s Current Account and Savings Account products to individuals and businesses. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for acquiring new CASA accounts.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products
Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance procedures.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets for opening new current and savings accounts, and achieving revenue goals set by the bank.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets to the sales manager.
Have a deep understanding of the bank’s CASA products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in field sales.
Age: 21 to 30 years.
Strong communication.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
