Job Description
A CASA Sales Officer acquires customers for current and savings accounts, meets sales targets, ensures compliance, and identifies cross-selling opportunities. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, sales experience, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Get new customers for accounts.
Build strong customer relationships.
Present and sell bank products and services
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Cross-sell products and services to existing customers
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Meet or exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor degree.
Experience: 1 to 2 years.
Age: 21 to 30 years.
Good Conversation skill.
Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
