Job Description

The Sales Manager’s main role is to lead the sales team in finding and cultivating key prospects, driving sales growth, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Responsibilities:

·         Sell bank products.

·         Identify and convert prospects.

·         Collaborate on marketing.

·         Conduct cold calls.

·         Gather and share feedback.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree.

·         6 months to 2 years of sales experience.

·         Strong negotiation and marketing skills.

·         Effective time management.

·         Local candidates preferred.
