Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Branch Sales Manager for India’s Leading Bank.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize customer value.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Utilize data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the skills and capabilities of the branch staff.
Identify opportunities for business growth and development within the branch’s market
Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
Qualifications:
Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation
Experience: Minimum 5 to 9 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the BFSI domain with 1 Years team handling experience.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
Knowledge of banking products and services.
