Job Description

We are now seeking a sales manager for the Sales and Marketing Department. The ideal applicant will manage, train, and inspire salespeople, handle sales targets, and find all clients.

Role and responsibilities.

• Achieve a monthly sales objective for Demat A/C based on location and revenue per month.
• Ensure successful promotion and contest acceptance.
• Coordinate and conduct training for partners and bank personnel.
• Supporting channel partners during joint calls is essential.
• Must be present at the branch and confident in sales operations.

Desired applicant profile:

• Customers receive individualized service.
• Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in banking sales.
• Customer orientation
• High energy and determination to succeed.
• CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA with incentives and other benefits.
