Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and developing business in your designated region. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a sales team to achieve life insurance sales targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies.
* Build relationships with clients and business partners.
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities.
* Train and support sales team members.
* Monitor sales performance and report to management.

Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Business or a comparable field.

Experience: 1-2 years of sales expertise, preferably within the BFSI sector.

Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

Collaboration: Proficient in working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
