Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Plan and review sales goals, targets, and activities with agents regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
– Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales activities.
– Meet and engage with potential clients to promote and sell products/services.
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business.
– Provide product information and handle customer queries on the spot.
– Report sales activities and outcomes to the management.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (Field sales preferred).
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Age: 21- 40.
