We’re searching for an outstanding Business Growth Manager Sales to join our vibrant Sales Department ,covering Kolkata & Guwahati
CTC: ₹4.00 LPA – ₹6.50 LPA + Incentive + Extra benefits (PF , Gratuity, Group insurance ETC)
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute business growth strategies
– Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
– Build and maintain key client relationships
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity
– Meet revenue targets and drive team performance
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
– Strong networking and leadership skills
– Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
