Job Description

A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business by acquiring customers and promoting Current Account and Savings Account products offered by the bank. This role requires a combination of sales skills, relationship-building, and financial product knowledge.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products.
Cold calling, emailing, and meeting potential clients.
Understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate banking solutions.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Cross-selling other banking products based on customer needs.
Meeting individual and team sales targets.

 

Required Candidate profile:

 

Any Bachelor degree.
Experience: 1 to 2 years.
Age: 21 to 30 years.
Good Conversation skill.
Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
