Job Description
A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling Current Account and Savings Account products to prospective customers. They play a crucial role in generating new business for the bank or financial institution by identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and presenting appropriate banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for acquiring new CASA accounts.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products
Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance procedures.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets for opening new current and savings accounts, and achieving revenue goals set by the bank.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets to the sales manager.
Have a deep understanding of the bank’s CASA products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Required Candidate profile:
Graduation only.
Experience: 1 to 2 years.
Age: 21 to 30 years.
Good Conversation skill.
Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
