We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Banking Sales Officer to join our CASA (Current Account, Savings Account) department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of CASA products, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Promote and sell CASA products to potential customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2 years of sales experience in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of CASA products and banking operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
