Job Description

As a Casa Sales Officer, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones to increase the Casa portfolio. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. Key responsibilities include:

Accountabilities:

  • Find new clients via a variety of methods.
  • Establish and preserve a solid rapport with customers.
  • Meet monthly sales goals.
  • Keep abreast on Casa product developments.
  • Verify adherence to legal and policy requirements.
  • Find chances for cross-selling.
  •  Keep an eye on competition activity and market developments.
  • Continue to keep correct records.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a similar discipline.
  • Verified sales experience, ideally in the banking industry.
  • Proficient in both communication and bargaining.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  • An understanding of banking services and products.
  • The capacity for both alone and group work.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office programmes.
