Role Overview:
Manage and grow relationships with channel partners to boost sales and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit Partners: Identify and onboard new channel partners.
Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing partners.
Develop Strategies: Create tailored sales strategies for partners.
Analyze Performance: Monitor sales metrics and provide insights.
Train Partners: Conduct training sessions on products and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or Any stream.
Experience: 1+ years in channel sales or Field Sales
Skills:
o Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
o Results-oriented and analytical.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
